Postural Stability Instructors needed in Worcestershire

Sports Partnership Herefordshire & Worcestershire has been successful in securing funding to deliver a falls prevention project across Worcestershire until March 2017. To help drive this exciting and expanding project forward we are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals with a Level 4 Postural Stability Instructor qualification.
Instructor/s will deliver 33 week falls prevention PSI courses to older adults who are at risk of falling, or have fallen; therefore an eagerness to work with groups of older adults with a range of abilities and ability to motivate, support and reassure is essential.
Sessions will last no longer than 1.5 hours, including session delivery, set up and pack down. There will be additional support available from the PSI coordinator at Sports Partnership in terms of paperwork.
Instructors will be self-employed and paid at a rate of £24 per session with the potential of additional bonus payments for retention of participants across the duration of the each 33 week course.
Hours and locations will be flexible and dependant on demand.
