To increase the reach and longer-term engagement in evidenced exercise (whether at home, in the community, in small groups or one-to-one) and achieve best possible outcomes for older people, prevent falls, injuries, improve cognition and independence.

The Otago Exercise Programme can be implemented in a range of settings and by different professionals, but not all professionals have the same scope of practice and environments, this is why we have designed a NEW FORMAT ensuring the ‘best fit’ for NHS teams working to reduce falls and increase independence for older people (eligibility applies)
